  • Returns are accepted within 1 day of purchase or delivery.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging, bill, and certificate (if any).
  • Only the metal value, making charge, and GST portion of the product will be refunded as per the current rate and approval.
  • Delivery or courier charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval by our team.
  • Products returned after 1 day may not be eligible for refund or may be subject to management approval.

  • Jewellery can be exchanged or sold back within 7 days of purchase or later if approved by Swarn Alankar Jewellers.
  • The exchange or buy-back value will depend on the current market rate, product condition, and purity verification.
  • Making charge and GST refunds on exchange are subject to management approval and may vary.
  • Custom-made jewellery (gold, silver, or diamond) is also eligible for return or exchange after approval.
  • Artificial or imitation jewellery is not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
  • Damaged, altered, or incomplete products may be refused or accepted at reduced value.

  • A valid bill or invoice is mandatory for all returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Please do not send your jewellery back to the manufacturer or supplier.
